Berry Pecan Protein Smoothie

For some reason this smoothie just reminds me so much of summer. We harvest about 6 gallons of wild blackberries from our back yard every year and freeze them for smoothies!! This is the perfect recipe!!
1/2 cup Blackberries (frozen or fresh)
2 Tbs Pecans
1-2 scoops Strawberry Shaklee Life Shake (1 scoop for a snack; 2 scoops for a meal)

Directions: Place everything in the freezer bag and shake it up. Place it in the freezer for later.

Later: Drop the contents of the freezer bag in a blender. Add 1 cup milk of your choice. Blend & Enjoy!
Or you can make it right away 🙂
