In blender add:
1 cup water
2 scoops Shaklee Life Energizing Shake (any flavor)
2 handfuls of mint
3 handfuls of kale
2 handfuls of spinach
1/2 cup organic yogurt
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
Ice Cubes if desired
Top with chopped dark chocolate chips.
