My friend Bonnie has been buying smoothie bowls and talking all about them so I decided to make my own today and love it!!!
The smoothie is made out of almond milk, banana, kale, frozen raspberries, and vanilla life shake protein powder.
I topped it with fresh strawberries and chia seeds.
You can make this hundreds of different ways!! You can literally use whatever ingredients that you have and make a yummy, healthy, treat!! Just blend your smoothie ingredients and and add toppings.
I can’t wait to make another one.
