Look What Happens When You Wash Your Fruit and Veggies!!


I’ve always given my fruit and veggies a quick wash. Never have I seen results like this in the sink after.

I never bought into the idea that you should use soap or chemicals to wash your veggies but I didn’t feel like they were adequately getting clean.

Vinegar was really the only natural option. I hated the smell and sometimes I could taste it on the veggies I washed. Now I have Basic H!!! Not only is it safe toxic free household cleaner it works on veggies too!! I used two drops, (that right two drops!!) and it cleaned my fruits this morning.

*need a degreaser? Add 1 1/2 tsp to 16oz of water

*need an all purpose cleaner? Add 1/4 tsp to 16oz of water

*need to wash some Windows? Add 2 drops to 16oz of water

*need a fruit & veggie wash? Add 2 drops to a sink full of water.

Don’t Worry “B” Happy!!

Do you ever feel tired? Stressed? Depressed? Emotional? Do you have a sweet tooth? Well, if so listen up!!! I have been there! In fact, every mom I know feels this way sometimes. It’s not normal to feel like this all the time and I found something that has really helped me and millions of women around the world.

One of my all time favorite supplements to take is my B-Complex!! It’s called the “happy” vitamin and that’s because you instantly feel happier after you take it. 10 Ways to Green Up Your Life


1. Start by replacing a bunch of your cleaners (your general spray cleaner, glass cleaner, counter top cleaner, floor and bathroom cleaners) with a natural, nontoxic all-purpose cleaner.This one product can replace almost everything….. Really! Basic H2
2. Replace your laundry detergent with a natural nontoxic one so the clothes you wear and the sheets you sleep on have no fumes for you to breathe. Laundry Concentrate is my favorite!!

3. Go to your bathroom and read the shampoo, makeup and moisturizer labels. Ask yourself, “Do I really need scent in these products?”

Take stock of all of your other products and try to replace one a week with a safer, greener choice. Enfuselle and Pro Sante have cleaned up our shower immensely!!

4. Use BPA-free plastic baby bottles and fill them with breast milk or organic formula.

Choose powdered formula over canned formula to avoid BPA leaching from the can-lining.
